- is the Sheppard and Lapsley Presbyterian University of Congo. Founded in 1987, UPRECO is a leading university in the central part of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). UPRECO grants under-graduate degrees in Theology and Law.
- The mission of UPRECO is to educate leaders for the Congolese church and nation as Pastors, Educators, and Lawyers in a Christian environment.
- The Outreach Foundation does not select individual students to receive scholarships. Instead they rely on the wisdom of their partners to make such awards. $750-$3,000 per student per year-provides scholarships for seminary students
