Medical

Canadian Physicians for Aid and Relief – CPAR

  • works in partnership with vulnerable communities and diverse organizations to overcome poverty and build healthy communities in Africa.
  • CPAR has been supporting community initiatives in Karatu District, Arusha Region, in northeastern Tanzania. CPAR is currently integrating Sexual and Reproductive Health education with Natural Resource Management and Household Food Security activities, and supporting safe Water and Sanitation in Primary Schools.

Grassroots Alliance for Community Education

  • is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit entity (G.R.A.C.E. USA), with headquarters in the U.S.A., and an international non-governmental organization (G.R.A.C.E. Africa), registered in Kenya.
  • G.R.A.C.E. works with communities in sub-Saharan Africa to mitigate the effects of HIV/AIDS. G.R.A.C.E. helps networks of African community-based organizations (CBOs), people living with AIDs (PLWAs), and youth deliver household-focused prevention and care, early childhood development, nutritional, agricultural, and economic improvements for sustainable communities.
