Hallo!I’m aged 18 years. I sat my KCSE exams in 2009 and managed a mean grade A- of 77 points at chavakali High school.I would like to pursue actuarial science at JKUAT. I come from a family of 5 with a single mother who sells vegetables at kisasi in Hamisi district,western province for family needs. I have a brother in high school and a young sister whom she has to save to take her to a special school. Dad died of HIV/AIDS while I was in form one. I have no one to look up to help me to realize my dreams.I thus appeal to a sponsor,organisation, well-wisher or any kenyan of good interest at heart to kindly support me. I did my KCSE in 2009 and attained A-plain. I need a scholarship to pursue a Degree in medicine in order to attain my dream of helping those in medical need. I have been raised by a single mother who cannot be able to pay for my undergraduate studies and provide for my two siblings. I am appealing for a scholarship or financial help. Am a student at jkuat university,taking BSc in public health, in my 2nd year now .Due to the fact that i hail frm a destitute family and a resident of a marginalised area(North Eastern province of kenya) am unable to pay the fees.despite of me being a bright student am handcaped by my financial incapability! Kindly help.

I am 23 yrs old.I come from a very humble background.I scored a C plain in K.C.S.E the year 2005.In 2006 i applied to study a diploma in social work and community development at the University of Nairobi and was accepted.I joined the University in 2007.Unfortunately due to financial constraints i was not given my certificate up to now until i clear my fee balance,which honestly i cant afford.I have been doing voluntary work in various organizations.It is very difficult to get a job with no certificates.I would love to pursue a degree in social work and community development in 2011.To help my family,my society/community and the people around me.Am appealing and requesting for a scholarship.Any help and assistance would be highly appreciated. I am a 21 year old, first born of a single parent living with HIV/AIDS. I scored an A- in K.C.S.E the year 2007 from Kagumo High School and was accepted into J.K.U.A.T to study Architecture in the year 2009. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, I was forced to drop out after just one year of study. I would love to continue my education, to help my family, my society and the people around me.
