I am a registered Doctoral student in the Faculty of Applied Science at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Cape Town, Republic of South Africa, in the Department of Environmental Health and Occupational Studies. My supervisor is Professor De Wet Scutte and I am being co-supervised by Professor Renneite Snyman. My research is an interdisciplinary area dealing with natural resource governance, its impact on communities’ livelihoods and sustainable conservation in the Great Limpopo Transfrontier Park. I am dealing with tow communities as my case studies, one in Zimbabwe (Gonarezhou National Park’s Sengwe community) and the second one in South Africa (Kruger National Park’s Makuleke community).
I am starting my field study next year in end of January 2011, but I have problems in securing sponsorship for my field study. May you assist me with any information to access support for my field study for the two communities.

    Thank you.
