We are pleased to announce our Top 10 Secondary Schools in Uganda for 2012. This year Uganda Marytrs S.S. Namugongo edged out Mt. St. Mary’s College Namagunga for the number position. Great work to both schools.

- Christian missionaries belonging to the Church Missionary Society of England founded Gayaza High School in January 1905 with four students. By July 1905, the number of students had grown to 43. The land was donated to the Church then by Kabaka Chwa II.
4. Nabisunsa Girls Secondary School
- A private girl’s school in Kampala District from senior one to six.
- ‘SMACK’ as it is popularly known, ranks first among its equals. Founded in 1906 by the Brothers of Christian Instruction, with Roman Catholic roots, the school celebrated its centenary in 2006. It has consistently produced well-balanced individuals in every professional discipline in the Arts, the Sciences, Business and Politics.

KING’S COLLEGE BUDO is by far the best school in the country and has managed to mantain this ‘brand’ of society’s elite and ‘cream dela cream’ for over 100 years now.SMACK,NAMAGUNGA,GAYAZA,NABISUNSA complete my top 5.Unethical,disgraceful schools like Kitende,Seeta with traits and rumour of exam malpractice for their good performance should be nowhere ih this list!!!!!!!!!

Good rankings!! but i was perplexed not to see any Mukono school e.g Hilton High or Seeta. I thought the one of best schools in the country contain a good number of international students. Their Culture and values are also tremendous when it comes to modern academic demands.
