    I believe this is exctaly how hange will happen in our shools- not top down from experts in Washington. To me. it is simple. The staff of a school sits down and answers the question, Would we want our children or our friends’ children to attend this school? If the answer is yes, then we talk about what makes the school successful and how we can make it even better for all the kids who go there.If the answer is no, then what can we do to make it a school that we would send our own children to? The parents of our students want the same things for their children that we want and we have to find a way to make it happen. Then we involve all members of the school community to develop a plan to make it happen. Yes, there are obstacles- funding immediately comes to mind. But there are things that can be done to improve a school that don’t cost money or that better utilize the money that is there. Ask the teachers- they will know what to do.

    can a student whose results in kiswahili 2011 be considered for a secondary school chance.She scored 352 out of 400.kiswahili was excluded on claims of cheating at the the center.
